About Lady Longhorn Wrestling

We believe that wrestling is more than just a sport – it's a way of life. Our vision is to inspire the next generation of wrestlers and fans, and to create a lasting legacy in the wrestling community.

The current version of our team started in 2022. In years past girls wrestling was a challenge to build and was lumped into the boys program. In 2022, we built a stand alone program for our girls to be able to offer more opportunities and girl specific training. Boys and girls wrestling is different, due to strengths, proportions, and several other factors, we found it beneficial to change how we train.

Our mission is to provide the best wrestling experience, opportunities, and support for athletes.

Our goal has been to provide the financial and organizational assistance to develop and grow girls wrestling. 

During our Club season (March- October) we work with girls across the state to train and travel to national tournaments. We have found this to be an essential part of growing our Club and high school program. 

Our club continues all year, so feel free to stop in any time and check us out.
